On the upper left hand corner of the lamp it says, Homage to Gauguin, in Italian
Paul Gauguin (1848-1903), was a French post impressionist artist. He used bold colors, exaggerated body proportions and stark contrasts.
This lamp was inspired by one of his paintings
There is a very small chip on the backside right hand top corner. Not visible from the front.
There a couple of very small spots
One on the cheek and one in the hair of woman on right.
I believe these occurred during the creation of this lamp
